Working with charity for a dental pet medical crisis.

Sometimes outreach is needed -veterinary dentistry can be life threatening – and urgent.

Sometimes the most loving pet owners are not aware of how bad the teeth can be.

13 year old Sheiko who has cemented a bond of iron with her loving Mum Blaize who had experienced enormous adversity since 2008.

When Dr Phil Sacks let Blaize know that Sheiko required urgent veterainary dental surgery, she was distraught as on the DSP she simply was unable to afford to help her darling girl.

Dr Phil contacted the PMCF and we were able to donate $500 towards the doggy dental.. Sheiko went to the dental surgery today and has had multiple rotted teeth removed. She is resting comfortably and is expected to regain her vim & vigor quickly to continue her important role by Mum Blaize’s side.

After with loving care from Vet Nurse Priscilla:

Under anaesthetic after 12 extractions, the oral cavity is starting to look good – 2 more weeks of antibiotics and ongoing home care !

Very rewarding working with a wonderful owner and the pet medical and crisis fund – and Jenny and saving Skeiko.
